Giorgio Pignagnoli is a chef from northern Italy who has won several Michelin stars for restaurants in Europe and graduated from the Alma International Culinary School.
From an early age, Giorgio showed a passion for cooking by experimenting with fresh ingredients in his mother's kitchen.
Today, this chef can boast of having worked with such famous names as Claudio Sadler, Federico Zanasi and Luigi Taglienti.
Giorgio Pignagnoli also created the new menu of the PALANGA restaurant.
